Your day retreat is taking place at the stunning Cucumber Fields in Essendon, Hertfodrshire. Close to junction 24 on the M25.

Your day retreat costs £110 (payable in 2 instalments) and includes high energy workouts, yoga, mindfulness and meditation practices, lunch and a walk through nature.

Welcome to Oodles Retreat, our latest and luxurious retreat venue in Benissa, Spain. Stunning, spacious, and perfectly located near the coast on the sun drenched Costa Blanca.

Your 5 night Benissa package starts at £1250 (payable in 3 instalments) and includes: 5 nights accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner on the days we are on retreat (two lunches and one dinner will be off-site at an additional cost), snacks, soft drinks, wine and beer, all classes, airport transfers and trips, use of the swimming pool and tennis courts.
